At present Gre vocab practice economy are experiencing a serious crisis. Separate existence of some kinds of national crafts, decrease of interest to them and many other reasons lead to the fact that modern society can suffer irreplaceable losses in the sphere of historical and cultural heritage.

For the purpose of revival of national crafts, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has developed the “Concept of state support to organizations of national crafts”. In addition, festivals and fairs are organized, and public organizations in the form of Craftsmen’s Unions and Craft Chambers are created. Thus, the Tambov region annually holds the International Coverage Fair, Tambov Patterns Festival, the Chamber of Crafts Non-profit Partnership has been working for over 15 years, and the regional branch of the Union of Artists operates.

The folding situation, shows the special importance of preservation of traditions of arts and crafts, beginning with primary art education (Children’s art schools, children’s art schools and children’s craft schools) and the subsequent development of these directions in institutions of secondary professional and higher education. The school of crafts can be considered as new institute in system of additional education of children.

The present condition and development of art crafts of the Russian Federation is fixed by the Federal law № 7 “About national art crafts” gre words list. Here is a definition: “Folk arts and crafts – a form of folk art, activities to create art products utilitarian and (or) decorative purposes, carried out on the basis of collective development and continuity of traditions of folk art in a particular area in the process of creative manual and (or) mechanized work masters of folk arts and crafts”.

The Tambov region has many positive factors that determine a high probability of further development of craftsmanship. However, there are practically no centers of handicrafts training, and crafts and folk art festivals, which are held several times a year can not give the desired effect, they only contribute to the formation of interest in the national culture through the products of handicrafts.

In order to identify organizational and pedagogical conditions for the revival of traditional crafts in work with adolescents, a sociological survey in the form of questionnaires and observations was organized and conducted. For this purpose, a research toolkit was developed – two questionnaires on 14 and 12 questions.

In the course of the research, theoretical research methods were used: analysis and generalization of documentation and methodological developments on the stated problem; practical research methods: observations, sociological survey, development and testing of the curriculum.

The first survey was conducted among parents of schoolchildren aged 12-17 living on the territory of the rural raion center in order to identify the need for teaching children handicrafts from the parents’ point of view.

During the survey, the following data was obtained. The parents’ attitude toward handicrafts is mostly positive; there are several reasons for this. Firstly, it is the succession of generations, secondly, the state policy in the field of handicrafts and handicrafts. Some parents see this as not only a socio-cultural need, but also an opportunity for creative self-realization of the child. Those parents who are engaged in folk arts and crafts consider it an important part of their national identity, and children’s involvement in such creativity becomes necessary for them.
