It is perfectly normal if any extraneous thoughts come into your head during the moment of relaxation They happen to everyone who is engaged in spiritual practices.

The only difference between experienced and beginners is that the latter are frightened, shocked, disappointed by their own thoughts. They spend most of their time in a session resisting, fighting, or regretting that something else is occupying their minds. Experienced, having long been accustomed to extraneous thoughts, are not afraid of the strangest and darkest, do not spend meditation lessons on fighting them, but perceive them calmly, as a completely normal part of mental training.

No matter how long you reflect, you will be visited by unexpected ideas, emotions and different sensations during the practice. After you learn to calmly accept all your thoughts, you can feel much better during a meditation lesson. You will be able to dive deep into yourself quickly and easily.
